Build a First Aid Kit for Baseball
While your coach may have a basic first aid kit for the team, I’ve found that having my own stowed in the car has been helpful during the baseball season. A basic first aid will address most of the minor cuts, scrapes, and blisters that will occur during games and tournaments. I’ve also added some special first aid items that address the minor discomforts that can happen when your kids spend all afternoon in the middle of a sunny baseball field.
